honestly, it's just the greatest!!!!!!

It arrived pretty fast, and the packaging was really secure. I’ve been searching for this item for ages. Thanks a bunch!

Placed my order without any issues, but the delivery took a bit longer than I thought it would. They did get back to me quickly to let me know it was coming from outside the UK. Sadly, the item showed up damaged and leaking. I snapped a bunch of photos and sent them to customer service. They replied fast, saying they got my email and that someone would take a look, but I’m still waiting to hear back. So, I can’t really give a fair review at this point.

Placing the order was a breeze, and I was kept in the loop about the delivery.

It would’ve been better if they had sent the shampoo and conditioner together in one go, using the same courier. The DHL shipment was a bit of a hassle to track since it went from the USA to Germany and then to the UK, and their app/website doesn’t really handle 'International' tracking well with just one number. The DHL package showed up later than the Evri one, which was way easier to follow from the USA to the UK. That said, I felt pretty good about NinthAve (Headrush), but I always need to know when my stuff is arriving, and DHL didn’t deliver on that front.

The site was straightforward, and the product came securely packaged and in perfect condition. Much appreciated!

Delivery took a while, and the packaging was pretty basic, but hey, I finally got the product I was looking for the whole time. So, I’d say it was still a decent experience.

The service was top-notch and the folks were really nice.

The blades are fine, but I expected them to be the genuine Philips ones given the cost.

The size of the bottle has made my wife really pleased. It should last us a month or two, and we’ll definitely buy it again!

Placing the order was a breeze, but I was a bit let down to find out that the company and its products were actually shipping from the USA, even though they have a .uk site. I had to hang tight for three weeks for my item, but it showed up as promised and was of good quality. They really ought to make it clearer on the website that the goods are based in the USA.
